I'm not going to let yesterday's weigh-in derail the plan, because I really am feeling better and better and BETTER all the time. I might change the battery in the scale, though. I'm putting it out there on your behalf - fingers crossed it pays off!denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14873046572246069891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4520412246310459623.post-22716975525019927282013-02-18T09:41:07.392-05:002013-02-18T09:41:07.392-05:00Before I say anything else, let me say this: That ...Before I say anything else, let me say this: That sucks. I hate it when I have done everything right and the scale doesn't reward me. I did not do everything right, so I can't complain about my lackluster weigh-in this week.

A half a pound is a tiny, tiny amount. Since you were on plan, I'd chalk it up to fluctuation and try not to worry about it too much. And just like on The Biggest Loser, sometimes if you have been having good weeks for a while, you have a bad one. Bodies aren't machines, they have their own logic. So many things can affect the scale that have nothing to do with weight loss/gain.

Who knows, maybe if you make good choices in restaurants and get in some activity, shaking up your routine will give you a weight loss. I have noticed that I generally lose on vacations because I am on my feet a lot and I can't snack between meals.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02700614225224691712noreply@blogger.com
