What I see is that, even though you're in a funk, you still walked 5 miles, made a tasty dinner, and took care of yourself with rest.<br /><br />I call those "mental health days" when we're not sick but we need to do nothing in the normal routine. Laundry, groceries, and decluttering can wait a day - or a week. <br /><br />You don't need it, but I give you permission to have a few mental health days. You'll get sick of them and be ready to get back to your regular busy life.<br /><br />In the meantime, your "glacial pace" is what I do on a good day, and I don't get 5 miles under my belt.
