| The setting moon this morning, about 7:30. It rose last night around 6 and was absolutely STUNNING. It reminded me of my first night flight when I was taking flying lessons, more than 30 years ago. My instructor and I were heading east as the moon was rising, flying above downtown Columbus, Ohio, with all the Christmas lights twinkling below. It was magical. And unforgettable. |
