What a difference 50 pounds and 12 months makes

Do you agree?
I think if you click the photo it will get bigger.
And, by special request, here are the tunic-and-boots and the little black dress.

Thank you, LYNNE! I had such a great time trying to look like I was comfortable doing this. I don't know if I'll ever love having my picture made, but yesterday came pretty close. You're the best!

The next update will be in 15 more pounds. I hope-hope-hope that will happen in December. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy and celebrate what I've already accomplished.

Enjoying and celebrating don't have to involve food. But it might involve MORE CLOTHES. Heh.

UGH...STILL can't comment from Safari, which is why I don't comment as much as I used to, but at least I've gotten smart enough to copy my comments before hitting the publish key and having them disappear, so here is my original comment I just tried to make in Safari:

You look GREAT!!! So happy for your success! (And, let's be honest here, envious as well.)

Congratulations on sticking to it and finding the magic formula that works for you. Don't know that I could ever go "Paleo" - especially now that I'm living with my Mom - but it's good to know that you found it such a workable plan, so maybe someday I'll give it a spin.

Good luck with the next 15 by December goal!

Good laugh this morning - my "random word" on the last comment was "andsperm"...hmmm...maybe there's a message there! ;-)

WOW, Debbi! What a difference. Your body must be very grateful to you :-)

You look so much younger (and very vivacious) now than you did last September!

Kudos - you deserve them.

It looks like you got a face lift too! But I know it is partially because you lost weight in your face and you have a huge grin on your face fro your success (and deservedly so)!

Love the pictures! You are definitely going to need new clothes if you lose more weight. And you deserve them!

Another thought -- surprised Vickie hasn't posted this yet -- if you have not already updated your bras, you should -- 50 pounds has to have made a difference in your size.

Congratulations on all your success!

Wow! Big difference, Debbi. I love the brown minidress and boots - very shagadelic!

I did say it - several days ago.
Will repeat - new bras!
