8:00 a.m.
2 oz granola
2 Tblsp Peach Preserves
4 oz yogurt
Noonish
1 large apple
2 oz. colby jack cheese
4 dill pickle spears (pickles count as a vegetable, right?)
10 saltines
5:30 p.m.
5 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 large potato
2 Tblsp. salsa
