January 1 - Today

The view from my pillow, where I was resting after hurting my neck.
I managed to get 30 minutes in on the elliptical later in the afternoon,
and did a very few gentle yoga poses. If what you do on the first of the
year is what you end up doing all year, then I predict a very good 2013:
I rested, I exercised, and I cooked and ate a tasty, healthy dinner.
