About the only thing I make in terms of marmelades, jellies or jams is lemon curd. Which is delicious every time (I have got a normal and a vegan recipe, and they are both wonderful). Since I tend to hog the glass and empty it with a spoon, I do not make it too often, though... :-(

The marmalade looks good and your description even makes it sound temptingly good, but I have never been a big marmalade fan myself. I have always found the rinds to be kind of bitter and I didn't like that. But then I've never tasted yours - I'm sure it's much better than the "store bought" stuff I've tried.
Like Diandra, I don't keep much of these types of things around, as I tend to eat them by the spoonful out of the jar, but I have fond memories of the jellies my grandmother used to make - my favorite flavor of both jelly and pies from her was elderberry. They had bushes of them. Yum - you don't hear much about elderberries anymore...
